Halloween Ghosty!

This is one of our classic projects that Love Bug and I both just loved. It’s so easy, too. This was also his first time using cotton balls, which he always loves.

I cut out a ghost shape on white construction paper and put glue all over it. Then I had him put down the cotton balls. At first he was doing them one at a time and was starting to get a little tired of that. So then he started just tossing a handful at a time and having fun with it.

I’d also cut out the eyes and mouth shapes from black construction paper beforehand, and I helped him glue those on. We punched two holes and then put the black string through and tied it so that we could hang it on a doorknob and swing it around like it’s flying.

About Kelly

I'm a stay-at-home mom to two boys and a girl. My Love Bug is 4 and has been doing art projects since just after turning 2. My Sweet Pea is 2 and tries to do everything his brother does. Little Flower is 4 months and has no idea of all the fun she has ahead of her.
